Important Shipping Update!
All orders placed on March 2nd or later will be shipped using our new shipping process. We've adjusted our shipping methods so that our carrier should deliver your orders faster and safer. Also, you'll notice that shipping is actually cheaper with the new combined shipping abilities that we have.
- Shipping is $6 to any location in the entire world, no matter how many items you order.
- Smaller items such as charms and jewelry is expected to be delivered within 5 business days of shipment to cities within the United States

- You can sometimes find specific shipping details when you visit the "Additional details" for each individual items.
- Need something faster? Please email your request to us so that we can calculate additional costs.
- When making a return, buyer pays return shipping. If we make an exchange, buyer pays return shipping, and OurDestiny will pay the cost to resend another item.
- We have very little handling time (0 - 2 days) because we want you to receive your package as soon as possible!
- Each item takes a different amount of time to create, and so we can't generalize how much time it would create your item. All, T-shirts, bookmarks, accessories, etc., take different times to create. If you would like an estimate on how long it would take for your item to be custom created for you, please contact us for an estimate.
- Our goal is to have your item created and ready for shipment by the third week after your order. Depending on your order, you may receive the item sooner or later during peak periods.
- Delivery Confirmation / Tracking is available on most items but not all.
- We will try to send information to you automatically, but please request info if you need it.
- Delivery Confirmation may be able to be added on to specific orders. Please inquire before you place your order.
- Tracking information is not available on International Orders.
- OurDestiny now ships worldwide. Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. You can also send us an email requesting an estimate for shipping cost before you make your purchase. Please note that some promotions offered for domestic orders may not be valid for sales outside of the United States.
