For General Exchanges
Exchanges are a great solution when you'd like to swap an item for another item. In interest of fairness, the costs of shipping will be shared. You will pay the costs to return-ship the undesired item to us, and we offer to pay shipping on your replacement item. Shipping for exchanges from our studio to your home will take about 10 days. If you need it faster, please let us know!
For Returns or Refunds
You will pay to ship the item back to us. When we receive the item, we will grant your product refund. Please note that we might ask for photographs for Returned Item Inquiries.
EZ-T XChange Program
Do you need a different size on a T-shirt that you recently bought? You could qualify for an EZ-T XChange! Are these statements true?
Congrats! If all of the above are true then you qualify!
Here's how it works!
- Write to us. Tell us the problem so we can check to make sure we have your desired size in stock. If we don't have your shirt in stock, we can't send you something we don't have :(
- We will provide you with the address of where to return your T-shirt. We require you to ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and not any other carrier. If you ship with another service, we can't refund you for shipping costs. You must also get tracking on your package.
- When we receive the tracking number and/or old t-shirt from you, we will send you a reimbursement for the shipping charges that you paid according to the shipping label up to $5 in value. (So, if you spend $35 to ship it back, we can only give you a $5 refund.) Don't worry, tracking costs are added to the number we'll be refunding.
- We'll send you the size that you prefer, and we'll cover the costs to reship it to you. It will take about 10 days for you to receive your reshipment.
- VERY IMPORTANT!!! We can only process ONE EZ-T XChange per person per order! So if you get more than one shirt from us, make sure to check all of the sizes before sending them back to us. Also, if you participate in the EZ-T XChange program, we cannot accept a return on the T-shirt. Lastly, if we receive a soiled or used t-shirt we have the right to reject the exchange. Your soiled / used T-shirt will be returned to you, and we reserve the right to both A. Not reimburse you for shipping costs and B. Use our own methods to determine if a T-shit has been used or soiled. By participating in the EZ-T XChange program, you agree to these terms.
