Ordering from our Website
How do I order?
You can place a order by selecting a subject tab located at the side of the page. Next to all of the products for sale, there is an "Add to Cart" option. Click on "Add to Cart" for the item that you're interested in, and you will be temporarily transferred to Paypal where you will have the option to change quantity or delete items from your cart. From here, you can choose to continue shopping or to complete checkout. Please note that you don't need a Paypal account in order to buy something from OurDestiny! All major credit capable cards are accepted.
How do I specify a color, style, or size?
Please select a color during your purchase by using the drop down menu of sizes, colors, and/or styles.
What does it mean if T-shirt is backordered? When will I receive it?
We make all of our shirts by hand, but we need to order the supplies to make them. Sometimes, we run out of sizes before others so we have to purchase more blank T-shirts from our supplier. While we're waiting for the new shipment to come in, we continue to accept orders. As soon as the T-shirts come in, you will receive an email informing you that your shirt has come in, and the details about its shipment. It may take up to 10 weeks for you to receive a backordered item. If you have any questions about backorder, or backordered sizes, please contact us at contact@ourdestinydesigns.com

Help Using Paypal
OurDestiny uses Paypal in order to keep your credit information safe. When you want to order from our website, you will have a virtual cart. Each time you click "Add to Cart," you will be temporarily redirected to Paypal.com where you can change the quantity of items or delete items. After, you may choose to "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out."

For those who already have a Paypal.com account through Ebay (or another site) you can go ahead and check out as you normally would. Those who don't have a Paypal account don't need to sign up for one in order to order from our website. To the left, there is a link that you can use to pay with any major credit card. You will be asked to fill out some billing information and a shipping address for where you would like us to send your product. OurDestiny does not see your billing information. Paypal keeps it secure. Please refer to their privacy policy if you have any further questions about where your information goes.

Shipping: Rates, Times, and Means
Get Specifics for Individual Items
- You can find specific shipping details when you visit the "Additional details" for each individual items.
- Usually we have a predetermined shipping method for each item. If you need to get your item faster, please email your request to us so that we can calculate additional costs. You may use the form at the bottom of this page for convenience.
- When making a return, buyer pays return shipping. If we make an exchange, buyer pays return shipping, and OurDestiny will pay the cost to resend another item.
- We will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible, but please allow 1-3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods) handling time before your order is shipped.
- Each item takes a different amount of time to create, and so we can't generalize how much time it would create your item. All, T-shirts, bookmarks, accessories, etc., take different times to create. If you would like an estimate on how long it would take for your item to be custom created for you, please contact us for an estimate.
- Our goal is to have your item created and ready for shipment by the third week after your order. Depending on your order, you may receive the item sooner or later during peak periods.
- Delivery Confirmation / Tracking is available on most items but not all.
- We will try to send information to you automatically, but please request info if you need it.
- Delivery Confirmation may be able to be added on to specific orders. Please inquire before you place your order.
- Delivery Confirmation will not be available on International Orders
- Priority Mail (2-3) Business days + handling time
- First Class Parcel Post (2-9) Business days + handling time
- Economy Super Saver Shipping (1-10) Business days + handling time
- Please note that shipping times are an estimate by USPS and not a guarantee.
- OurDestiny now ships worldwide. Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. You can also send us an email requesting an estimate for shipping cost before you make your purchase. Please note that some promotions offered for domestic orders may not be valid for sales outside of the United States.
