Hey, everyone! We've gotten a few questions about our "Are You Ready?" Sale, and some of them are a little similar. We'd like to address a few of them here, just in case some others might have had the same question, but didn't get a chance to ask.
Q1. For the BOGO (Buy One Get One Free), do I have to choose another item for the "Free item?"
| A1. No, you don't! We're going to send you the same item for the BOGO deals. So, if you'd like two Paopu Fruit Zipper Pulls, only add one to your cart because we're going to send you another one. If you add two to your cart, you'll get four overall! |
Q2. If I order a cell phone charm, how can I specify what color straps I want for the free item? Will it be exactly the same as the paid item?
| A2. If you'd like different colored straps, just send us an email about it! Your order is made just for you so we want to make sure that it truly reflects your personality! |
A3. Can I "mix and match" on the BTGO (Buy Two Get One Free), or do I have to get three of the same item?
| A3. You need to get two of the same item to initiate the BTGO, and unless you tell us otherwise, we will send you the same item by default. If you'd like to choose a lesser costing item that is a part of the sale, we will send you that as your free item instead. However, we advise you to email us about it first so we can make sure that your requested free item is a part of the sale. So, for example. Let's say you want to get in on the sale for the Sharable Paopu Fruit Keychain, but you'd like a free Princess of Heart Cell Phone Charm as the Free Item. Add two Sharable Paopu to your order, but, email us afterwards about preferring the Cell Phone charm instead of a third Sharable Key Chain. This would be okay because: A)The Princess Of Heart Cell Phone Charm is a part of the sale B)The Princess of Heart Cell Phone Charm is lesser costing than a sharable key chain set. C)You've emailed us about it before your order, and we have approved it. |
Q4. If I choose to participate in the BTGO, and the free item I request is a part of a BOGO, can I get another free BOGO, making 4 items in all?
| A4. Unfortunately, no. Since the item is free, it isn't considered "bought" and it therefore does not qualify for the sale. |
Q5. What if I want to return something or there is a problem? Will that be affected by the sale?
| A5. If you ever have a problem with anything, we want to know about it so that we can help. Please send us a note immediately if you experience a problem. |
